My favorite part about working with O’Pake is the continuous opportunities for learning and growing within my field of study.
My goals for the near future are to get a job in a private firm after I graduate, then continue my schooling and get my master’s degree in finance.
O’Pake will give me real-world opportunities and experiences that will help enhance my knowledge and experience in my field of study.
My favorite memory at Alvernia is being a part of the softball team. Being a part of Alvernia’s softball team has helped shape knowledge in communication skills, and teamwork skills. Also being on a team with many different diversities, has helped me understand different perspectives people have and why they have them.
I decided to study at Alvernia because I was looking for a small school with endless amounts of opportunities. When I came to visit Alvernia for the first time, I knew that my education at Alvernia could open many doors of opportunities for me.
My peers inspire me. As I experience them become successful, it motivates the drive I have to becoming successful as well.
“Deep down you know the truth. The truth is that you can do this. The truth is that if you gave it 100%, you’d get 100%. The truth is, it’s all up to you.”
I have a twin sister who is a couple minutes younger than me, she attends The University of Pittsburgh.
